Dwain Sands
Dwain Sands has called Black Diamond home for over a decade now and has carved his own niche in the community as a recording engineer and music producer as well as keyboardist and singer-songwriter, and is pleased to be involved with the Spiritual Community Church of the West as musical director.
Dwain endeavours to add a contemporary feel to the SCCW through his traditional country and classic rock ‘n’ roll roots, both genres of which are rich in gospel and inspirational music. His connections in the regional musical community have also enabled him to introduce a variety of musical guests to the services.

"Music is the language of the soul."
One of the missions of the Spiritual Community Church of the West is to encourage musicians in the community to come and share their gifts of inspirational music. Not only do we benefit from the sharing of such talent, but this also enables our community guests to experience who we are. Being more about spirituality than religion, community guests grace us with an understanding that the reality of Christ is expressed both within and outside the walls of the church, but also most powerfully on the bridge where the two meet.
